In search of a bright, highly strategic Sales & Marketing leader to become our 

Director of Sales

This role will be responsible for the most critical aspects of sales operations and revenue growth through

• Developing & Leading internal and external teams 
• Identifying & presenting opportunities
• Analyzing competition
• Sales forecasting
• Aligning the Sales and Marketing functions
• Improving the company's overall competitive position and target markets

The position will manage an in-house team of five, including two direct reports (Corporate & Int'l Sales Manager, as well as a future Customer Service & Outside Sales Manager who oversees ~20 Outside Sales Representatives).

The focus of the position is to employ the candidate's analytical and leadership skills to utilize high performing sales people (rather than performing as a top sales person).

A viable candidate will have:

• a track record of success in both mid-size and small/entrepreneurial environments
• a background in consumer product sales
• strong and proactive communication skills (with internal and external customers)
• strong analytical skills
• strong technical aptitude
• experience in strategic planning & vision
• highly developed, accomplished Sales Management and/or Director-level experience

Join our Production Team!

We’re in search of a friendly, fun-loving and self-motivated person to join our Production team. Eye for detail, ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment and a positive attitude are a must. Both sewing and previous production or manufacturing experience is preferred. Our ideal candidate will be flexible in rotating between sewing, material cutting, assembly & shipping, based upon Production needs. Hours are M-F 7:30am-4:00pm.
