Join the Loop™ is a recycling program for many of West Paw Design's products. It is a closed loop recycling program where we collect certain products from our customers and recycle them back into new toys and pet products again and again. West Paw Design's high-quality products were made to give you years of good use before ever needing to return them for recycling, but West Paw Design is taking the steps today so when your pet is finished with its toys, beds, and apparel, simply send them to us for recycling (instead of throwing them into a landfill).
What can be returned for recycling in the Join the Loop™ program?
Currently West Paw Design is able to accept:

Zogoflex® is West Paw Design's exclusive material that's made in the USA. Zogoflex® is a super durable, extremely pliable material that's tough, buoyant, non-toxic, and guaranteed to last! This incredible high-tech material is used to make our Jive®, Būmi® , Huck, Hurley®, Tux®, Zisc® and Tizzi™. Not only does this material make fun, durable toys for dogs, but it is also recyclable.
You never need to throw away (unless you're playing fetch) a Zogoflex® toy. If the toy is at the end of its life, please send it back to be recycled. We offer a one time replacement or refund guarantee. So please feel free to take advantage of this great program and get a free replacement! If you've already received your free recplacement - you can still continue to return more Zogoflex toys for recycling too! |

Can I return beds to West Paw Design for recycling?
Not yet. West Paw Design is always looking for ways to grow even greener, and we hope to add more products to our Join the Loop™ recycling program... but it takes time to be sure it is done right. At this time the products shown above are the only products that we are able to re-recycle. By supporting companies that offer closed loop recycling, you are helping the industry transition further, which allows more and more eco-friendly channels to become available. So think green, shop green and help green grow! Thanks!
Can I return Cloudburst dog jackets to West Paw Design for recycling?
Yes. Although we discontinued the stylish Cloudburst dog jackets. These jackets were made from 100% recycled fabric which can be recycled again and again. So if your pet has worn his Cloudburst jacket to its fullest, please send it back to us. We'll be sure it gets recycled in the Join the Loop™ program.
Do what's right for Mother Earth - Join the Loop™ with West Paw Design and continue to recycle indefinitely in our closed loop recycling program. That feels better than a belly rub!
