Zogoflex^® is an amazingly tough material used to make our durable dog toys. Buoyant, pliable and designed to be recycled Zogoflex^® creates virtually no waste during our manufacturing process.
Zogoflex^® is BPA and phthalate-free, Non-toxic and FDA compliant (meaning it’s safe to eat off of!)
Zogoflex^® dog toys come in two categories PLAY and CHEW.

What isn't Zogoflex^®?

Zogoflex^® does not contain, nor does any of its components contain any known sources of lead, cadmium, mercury, latex, natural rubber, phthalates, hormones, Bisphenol A, or asbestos.

How does the Guarantee Work?

While no dog toy can claim to be indestructible, we’re so confident in the durability of our Zogoflex dog toys we guarantee them!

If you do have a dog with a great pair of chompers and he was able to damage our Zogoflex^® dog toy, (you have one amazingly powerful chewer as the return rate is less than 1%) You may choose to receive a free one-time replacement or refund - your choice! Just follow these simple steps:

Send us a quick note to let us know the breed and age of your dog, and how long it took your furry friend to damage the toy. (This is optional, but we love the feedback).
Let us know if you would like a replacement or a refund.
Include the damaged toy and proof of purchase. Not only do we inspect the returned toys for weaknesses, but we also recycle them!
Be sure to include your contact information so we know where to mail the new toy or refund.

How many times can I return a Zogoflex^® dog toy for a free replacement?

Just one time per toy style. If your dog has some seriously strong chompers and was actually able to damage our Zogoflex^® dog toy, you are eligible to receive our one-time free replacement or refund.

Caution on Safety

West Paw Design toys are provided as is, and all warranties are expressly disclaimed. No dog toy is indestructible so choose only toys that are the appropriate shape and size for your dog's temperament. Discontinue use of the toy if it is damaged. West Paw Design offers a limited guarantee of its Zogoflex^® toys. This limited guarantee is West Paw Design's sole liability in the event of any claim relating to this product. Your dog's safety is your responsibility, please take it seriously.

Please keep in mind if your dog is an aggressive chewer, you may want to consider a dog toy from the Zogoflex^® chew line (Tux^®, Hurley^® or Jive^®) as these are designed to satisfy a dog’s need to gnaw.

Is Zogoflex^® Dishwasher safe?

Yes! Did your dog toy get a little muddy? Throw it in the top shelf of your dishwasher and your Zogoflex^® toy will come out clean and looking like new!
