I don't normally get all misty-eyed about a cat toy, but these are such a hit, adorableness and cuteness levels have hit new highs at our house. 3 old cats (ages 17 and 18) have turned back into kittens and are having so much fun. The fish are carried all over the house, deposited in shoes as thoughtful gifts, and accompanied by loud proclamations of hunting prowess. Forget dignity - too much fun is being had to keep up appearances.

I have two cats,one was interested when the fish were first given to them,one cat played with one for a bit,and lost interest after a few days,I have not seen the other mouse since the first day. The barn mice were more popular.

I read the five-star reviews of these toys and was surprised when none of my four cats were interested in them. I suspect that the only reason for this is the freshness of the catnip. So I will bathe the fish in fresh catnip and this should solve the problem. Maybe you need more catnip than you currently use in the toys.
Other products I ordered: The cat beds are just OK with the cats. The dog bed, however is a big hit. (The round one.) Thank you!

One of my favorite things about your packages is my dog always knows it is for her. After the mail is picked up from the post office and before I have a chance to sort through our mail she finds the package and lets me know this one is for her!
Sure enough, when I look, it says West Paw on it!!

When I open it she is delighted to have a new toy. And I am pleased not to worry about wether it is good for her or not.

We are both happy!

The cat toy is a gift for our grandcat! I will be sending it on today.

This is the best simple cat toy. It is the perfect size for the cats to carry around, to hold and kick, and to sleep with. The little bell adds a nice sound which intrigues my cats even more.

I first bought one several years ago when I had only one cat. Max loved his fish toy. I just bought three more for my current cats to enjoy.

The fish are a hit. I thought nothing could compare to the classic fleece mouse from West Paw. Indeed, the classic retains its appeal but these have been enthusiastically adopted as well. The mouse is better for carrying around the house and dropping in thoughtful places. The fish is outstanding for wrestling into submission. The fierce tigers of the house seem pleased.

Our kitty loves this toy.  It's perfectly sized, small enough for her to carry around, but large enough for her to wrestle and kick while rolling around.  Material being eco-friendly and safe was the main reason for the purchase, but it is a great cat toy.  Our kitty plays fetch with this at least few times a day, it has been brought to every room of the house.  I also agree with the previous reviewer about the bell--it's enough to grab kitty's attention but not annoying to human ears while she's playing with it.

Winston, Wesley, and Mandy are very lucky kitties. Their "Grandmother" got them each a fish and they just love them! Their "Mom" put the fish on the floor and when they found them they started throwing them in the air and up on the furniture! Apparently these are great cat toys!

I have a very picky kitty, and when she got her fish I was afraid she would not like it, but SHE LOVES IT! She love to run and attack it from the other room, will throw it in the air to herself, and gets just so excited when I pick it up and say "FISH!" and throw it! It truly is a wonderful kitty toy!

Our year-old cat is absolutely nuts about this toy. He chases it endlessly, throws it up in the air, picks it up in his mouth and drops it at our feet to throw again. In the morning he brings it up on the bed. I've never seen a cat enjoy a toy so thoroughly. If we tell him "go get your fish" - he does!

I bought this for my cats after having previously purchased a WestPaw bone for our puppy. It has quickly become the most popular toy in our already toy-filled house.

I was especially surprised by the behavior of our older cat, Molly, who has been a bit down since we got the puppy. She was licking, rolling around, and even running while playing with this!

I would recommend this to anyone. The fluffy texture is appealing to the cats, and the bell is quiet enough to not annoy the humans in the house!
