Love this bed!! I bought this for my show dog to have at the shows. My dog immediately jumped in and went to sleep. I really like the fact that the covers can be removed for washing rather than throwing the whole thing in the wash. Haven't needed to do that yet but the zippers and all seem very sturdy. The gourmet caramels in the package was a nice touch too! They were so good that now I'm looking for them to buy too.

I bought a large Organic Bumper Bed for my Golden/Chow mix adoptee. After having a huge tumor removed from his side, he's doing very well on chemo and loves his new nest. The only problem is that my other dogs (two Chihuahuas) and cats think it's pretty great, too. Since Flanagan is too polite to chase them out of his bed, I have to remove them for him. I think the bed should come with paw-print recognition feature that would only allow the authorized user into the bed. (Oh well...)

This is our second bumper bed for Tippy. We bought our medium crimson one directly from West Paw. We were not informed it was on backorder, and we waited about a month before it arrived. We sent an e-mail to check on the delivery status after waiting a couple weeks, and we received a comical, personalized e-mail from customer service apologizing for the delay. It's safe to say it's worth the wait, the little pug lives in it!

We ordered two of these beds to replace our 60 lb mixed breed's upstairs and downstairs beds that were getting pretty ratty. We debated on a large or x-large based on the dimensions of his current beds and I'm glad we went with the large. It is plenty roomy for him; not cramped at all. You can tell the minute you open the box that these beds are REALLY well made. We love the separate bottom pillow that can be removed and cleaned if accidents occur (already had a few and the cover washes up great and air dries in a reasonable amount of time). But all of this would not matter if good old Jethro did not absolutely love the beds, and he does! The reason we went with the organic beds rather than the regular ones is because our guy has trouble with allergies. He has had no issues in this area with his new beds.

I ordered the gold/gold color combo and was really impressed with the rich color and quality construction. The covers are easy to zip off for cleaning. I put it out for my older dog and after a few minutes she was in. She didn't leave the bed until several hours later. The bed has a lot of poly-fill stuffing which provides deep cushioning. She uses it every day along with her usual spot on the couch. If you have the space get one size larger than you think you need so your dog can stretch out. I got a large for my medium size dog. Great product!

My German Shepherd is 66 lbs & I was not sure she would fit in the large bed. Still, I ordered that size & she fits perfectly - she curls up and rests her head on the bumper. This is the BEST bed. The gold color is beautiful and fits perfectly in my bedroom.

I will definitely purchase another in the future. Awesome that it's made in the USA.

After a few sniffs, my lab settled into the bed & has since continued using it. Sizing was a little iffy; when he's curled up, it seems like I ordered it too large, but when he stretches out, his head & legs hang out. But I figure if he wasn't comfortable, he wouldn't use it at all (like the bed I had before this one).

I would definitely buy this bed again.

This bed is partly organic, partly recycled, made in the USA, clearly SUPER comfortable (I haven't taken a nap in it but our toddler loves to curl up). There's really not much more we could ask for. This is our second bed - our poor dog roamed the house for days after his previous one accidentally got ruined (they're extremely durable and washable - this was sort of a freak thing). He could not find anywhere to sleep. The minute this was delivered he was right back in it, peering over the edge at me like "what took you so long???"
We're big fans and will continue to shop here for all our doggie needs.

This bed deserves a 5 star rating I have looked at many a dog bed over the years and have found this one to be of super quality and a great value. I was at first hesitant about the cost but when compared to what you see out there for purchase, it is worth every penny.

I like the idea it is manufactured here in the United States which makes me confident about the mateials used to construct the bed and it's overall quality.

We bought this bed for one of our dogs to replace an older bed and our dogs love it! Unfortunately, we'll have to buy another one because our other dog keeps stealing it from the dog we bought it for! Says a lot for the comfort it provides since the one stealing it has bad hips. We love the quality! We like it so much, we have advertised you on our business Facebook page. We definitely will try out some more of the toys for our dogs and at our facility. This is a wonderful bed - well made and the fact that the cover comes off for washing makes for an excellent design. I bought a large for my Corgi mix because she tends to sleep stretched out rather than curled up, but my German Shepherd dog can also sleep in it (curled up). Highly recommend.

I love this bed!!! Well, let me clarify, my dog, Abby, loves this bed!!! She curls up in the centre and is asleep in minutes! She is about 53 pounds, and I got the large for her. It's a perfect fit, because sometimes she likes to stretch out a bit! Would definitely recommend this bed to other puppies out there!

(7 month old, 60 lb, male boxer) he absolutly adores it and loves laying in it a variety of ways, curled up and all stretched out. It is great that we will be able to wash it, as he slobbers. We have gone green in our house and wanted our puppy to have as much green in his life as possible. I bought the bed to use when he got to be full size but our first attempt at spending the night in a crate was SUCH a disaster that we tried out an alternative. We put the pup, in his harness and leash, on the bed and securely attached the leash to our bed. He settled down and now when I take him into our bedroom and say go to bed, he happily plops down on his bed. He keeps toys tucked under the poof part of the bed, so he has them to play with. I'm buying a second bed for our vacation house. It's a super product, dog approved. Easy to clean, too.

My lab likes his creature comforts and he is in doggie heaven over his new bed. We purchased an organic bed approximately 2 yrs. ago and the new one looks even better than the old. As a puppy our guy chewed a hole in the zipper end of the bottom cushion cover, yet the bed held together well. The new cushion cover looks like it will wash better than the old striped one did. Well done West Paw (we never had any doubts)

I ordered the medium size for my 22-pound Cavalier spaniel. It is perfectly sized for her, and she spends a lot of time in it. I appreciate the fact that the whole thing is washable and not just the cover, as is the case with many other dog beds. The fabric seems to be high-quality, the color is attractive (blue), and at least on the first washing it held up beautifully. This dog bed is well worth the money.

First the good stuff: the service was great, delivery very fast, product Excellent. This is the cushiest, softest, nicest, most durable bed ever. It looks like the cheaper one I saw in a local pet store, but the quality is waaay better. No comparison. The removable, washable covers in organic cotton and the range of cheerful colors are very attractive. The stuffing is inviting -- soft when sat upon, bounces right back up when the animal leaves. Fedor adopted this bed the day it came in the door and used it constantly for 3 days. Then his leg slid between the bumper and centre cushions and he hurt his foot on the zipper puller. Now the bed was kaka and he refused to go near it. After several days, I made a point of having him watch as I stuffed old fuzzy socks and towels between the two cushions, so if his foot went down there again, it wouldn't hit the puller. Then I put a towel over the whole bed, for added protection. When I finished, Fedor gave the 'remodeled bed a good sniffing. Apparently he approved. To my surprise, he hopped right in, and has been sleeping there ever since. Problem solved. Perhaps the manufacturer should consider selling an outer cover? (P.S.: As to size, Fedor is a medium-sized cat and the Extra Small bed is perfect. If he were much larger, a Small might be better.)

This is simply the best dog bed available. I ordered one through the local shop, and once I saw how nice it was I immediately ordered another one.

Can't keep my dog Ethyl out of her new bummper bed. When she is not in it, the two cats are. She has been more rested and full of energy since this bed came into our home. If I could have all the money back spent on other beds thoughout my dog days........I could take a very nice vacation. Thanks for the brilliant idea for a dog bed. Keep growing!

The quality of this bed is really wonderful. It is soft and a perfect fit for our 50# husky. The only problem is that he won't go near it if the pillow/cushion is in place. The first few days we had the bed, I tried with much frustration to convince the dog to try the bed, but he acted like I was punishing him and would only stay there while I was watching. I finally decided to try an experiment and took the cushion out, leaving just the bumper part of the bed. Now our dog loves curling up in the middle and resting his head on the bumper part. He stays there all night and whenever he's in our room. I'm not sure why he doesn't like the cushion part, but I guess it's just not for him. The overall quality of the bed is really great, though.

We're getting our dogs ready for a new baby, which means they can no longer sleep in our bed. They now sleep in the living room on their own beds. We got the XL bumper bed for our largest dog (a 60 lb. potcake). The bed is so large, it fits him and the other two (20 lb.) dogs comfortably with no territorial hostility. It's actually large enough for a grown person (say 5'7") to curl up into. Our big dog and my husband can both fit. Despite the bed's size, it still fits in a top-loading washer and normal-sized dryer. All three dogs love the new bed and took to it immediately. They especially like to snuggle into the tall sides. Plenty of room to stretch and very cushy. Great product.

We have a 4yr old Boxer who we transitioned from laying on the couch to the floor with this bed, and it could not have gone more smoothly. She has had other beds in the past but has never taken to one like this. Because she prefers to lay with her head elevated (think pillow :)), the bumpers are perfect, always giving her enough cushion no matter what position she is in. She is 52 lbs and we ordered the medium size and it is perfect - she likes to curl up and feel enclosed, and she still has more than enough room to stretch out. HIGHLY recommend.

Our little girl loved this bed from the minute it hit the floor. She feels secure because it is so deep and there is no fear of rolling out. Curls in a little ball and is in heaven.

I spent considerable time trying to decide which size to order for an 18m golden retriever. I did some measuring and ended up ordering a large. As soon as I took it out of the box I knew it was too small. I exchanged it for an XL. I was initially concerned that the XL would look massive in my kitchen. But, it looks just perfect. Our dog loves it. He even likes to hide his toys under the center pillow. We've washed it once so far and it came out looking like new. The red is awesome!
