We had a problem with a tear in a pillow cover due to our dog rooting around fixing her bed. After talking with West Paw, they replaced the cover at a reasonable rate and shipped it right away.

Our golden Max loves the bumper beds. They are very well made, washable, come in reasonable variety of colors and are eco friendly. I wish they had more colors for light haired dogs that fit into a stylish home besides putty. Very light gray would be lovely. I would also like to see more materials - I find organic velour particularly easy to care for and it does not fade in the wash. Lastly, more advantageous international shipping rates would enable us living abroad to buy more of these excellent products!

My dog loves his bumper bed, and I love that I can buy replacement covers to switch things up. Especially while one cover is being cleaned. Now my pup never has to be without his bed!!

I ordered an extra large inner pillow cover for your bumper bed. What arrived was a cover that was huge. It covers the entire bed - bumper and inner pillow combined. I needed the new cover so the dog bed would look nice for the holidays ( the old one was chewed) so I just kept it.
