Leila loves her two bumper beds, the one we purchased over five years ago was getting a little flat and needed to be puffed up. I was so happy to see that you sold the pillow insert rather than trying to sew something. Leila loves her new pillow!

We've had a West Paw Design bumper bed for quite some time and everyone (dog and humans) love it. So when we saw that it's now offered in hemp material we couldn't believe that it would be THAT much better. However.....the hemp is impressive. Our dog is a bully breed mix and even with regular baths he gets stinky so that smell transfers onto his bedding. The hemp material does what it says it does....it minimizes the odor so now we can get by without having to wash the bedding so often. GREAT, GREAT, GREAT !!!

I sure have one happy puppy now that I got the pillow insert replaced. She loves sleeping in her bed now! I'm also so happy I didn't have to buy an entirely new bed. This is such a great sustainable product.

seem to take longer than usual to ship

The cover outlasted the inside! So I was happy to have the same bed with a new inside! I've been very pleased with West Paw dog toys, also. Great company! And how often do any of use get a package from Bozeman, Montana :)

My Swiss Mountain dog loves her bed and when the inner pillow wore out - it was so uncomfortable. With the new inner pillow, she is happy again.
