I have 2 dogs that are zealots at chewing. The Hurly my one dog prefers just got replaced after over 4 years of chomping. Frank is an Queensland. The Hurly is a safe, simple solution for shoes, furniture and tennis balls. I highly recommend it. My other dog loves the Zisk. She will sometimes chase it, but for the most part, she chews it and grabs it firmly and swings it side to side so hard, you don't want to get in the way. The Zisk is also very durable.

The Hurley is my favorite dog toy. Just bought a new one as the old one is down to about one third its original size. My mighty chewer pup, Husky/Boxer/?, worked on it for over three months! It isn't too heavy even in the large size. It is easy to throw and grip even when wet. The colors are pleasant too. I liked the red one best.

Don't waste your money on this product. I have a lab and she can chew this up in less than one day. To market it as "guaranteed to last" is false advertising. If you read the fine print they will replace it "once" so even the company doesn't stand by their own claim.

Finally a toy they can play with and not destroy
in a matter of minutes. My 1 yr old Chocolate lab

extremely durable. My black lab who chomps through kongs in about 5 minutes has had this toy for 1+ years. It also does not dent the wood floors when she drops it and is not too painful to step on in your bare feet! It is also flexible and long enough for tug of war (in the large size)

Up till now I've not found a chew toy that could make it over 48 hours with my 18 month Great Dane pup. Thus far, he likes it, chews it, playes with it and it remains intact. My 5 yr. old Shepherd mix also has been unable to destroy it. The Hurley was recommended to me by my brother and his wife who have 4 dogs including a very hyper Aussie type. He has had his Hurley for 6 mos. now and it remains intact. This convinced me to try it for Beau, the great Dane. I'll be recommending it to friends.

Thought our dog would get a kick out of a new toy, but 13 year-old Happy has shown no interest in the Hurley. She LOVED her Nylabone flying disc and that was (and still is) her favorite toy. The Hurley looks like a well made toy so we will probably regift it to another dog. I don't think she likes the taste of the Hurley or the Zisc...

We found our dog Max on the side of the road and my husband couldn't resist so he is part lab if not full lab. He loves to chew up and tear up things so I looked on line to find some kind of toy he could not tear up or chew up. For Christmas, we bought the Hurley, Tux, and Bumi for him. He loves them. We have only had them for about a week now and he plays with them everyday. So far there is not even a tooth mark. We even took the toys with us when we went to visit my husband's parents and Max and one of their dogs played tug of war with the bumi, but still no teeth marks.

Fantastic toy. Ever since our pup has gotten the bone looking toy she will not leave it alone. The only exception is when she wants me to play with her and the toy.

This is a great toy. Purchased one for my bulldog. When I saw he could not destoy it I purchased 5 more for bulldogs in family. This should be marketed in stores beats out Kong by far.

West Paw indestructible toys have been one of the best purchases I have made for my dogs! I have two dogs, a 120lb Golden Retriever and an 18lb terrier mix who find everyway possible to destroy even the toughest of toys. That is, until i purchased these toys!!! Great quality and good for all sizes! My small dog prefers the larger toys and bones and her favorite toy happens to be this Hurley which she carries around with her everywhere. I wont be purchasing any other toys but West Paw from now on!!

I bought this toy randomly at a local pet shop, hoping it might be the answer to the intense chewing from my year-old Cannan Dog. He chews through EVERYTHING - Kongs are the only thing he can't kill. I was overjoyed to find that this toy is actually indestructable. He's had it over three months and not even a tooth mark has appeared! I feel like maybe some of the negative reviews may come from 'bad batches'? In any case, I would really recommend this to anyone to try!

My Chihuahuas don't normally like chew toys, but that was before getting them a Hurley. I have to get another one since sharing is not in a Chihuahua's vocabulary.

I have come to the conclusion that dog toys just aren't built to last for every. I go by the principle that the more toys that your dog has the safer you're items are. After many other failed toys I gave West Paw Design a try. I have bought Several different product, the Hurley and the Tizzy and many of the different ball designs. I am very happy with the Product I have a lab mix who loves to chew and most toys last about 15 sec before I have to toss them. She has had hers for over 2 years with no sign of wear and even with a new puppy in the house they are still holding strong. Having tried most products on the market, it is safe to say it is her #1 toy to play with and my #1 company I recommend when people are at the end of their rope trying to find something their dog both likes and last. (and how many company's put a guarantee on their products these day especially when it come to dog toys.)

My dog loved this product, but he broke it in half in a day. He couldn't let go of it, and was determined to just destroy it. I say it was still worth it, especially for those dogs that are not tough chewers like mine.

My 10 month old black lab destroyed this toy in about 3 hours. She shredded it into about a hundred pieces. Alas the search continues for an indestructible toy for her.

Like many people, I have spent lots of money on toys that say they will hold up against chewing, only to have my medium-sized black lab mix tear them up in minutes - he even chews through the solid plastic toys! This is the ONLY toy that he has tried to destroy but hasn't been successful. He now carries it around night and day, chewing on it quite often. He loves it and I don't feel like I have to watch him when he chews on it, nervous that he'll swallow a piece. Big fan of this product. Thank you!

Dobby (Doberman) and us love the bumi products. We had problems finding a toy that he couldn't destroy in short order. Some of the bumi toys are over a month old with countless hours of rough play time and they don't show any wear, they look like the day we bought them. We have recommended these to our Vet, Dog Boarder, and Friends. Two specific toys he loves are the Hurley and the ZOGOflex.

Our dogs love this toy! We have 2 Labs, one is 1 year 2 months and the other is 6 months and they are both extreme chewers. Our oldest dog will sit and chew on toys for hours until she finally destroys them. We would spend money on high price toys that were suppose to be indestructable, but they would not even last a week. We could never find a toy that was good enough to last her chewing for more than 2 days. I bought this toy after looking at all the reviews and it has not yet been destroyed and we have had it for a month now. Our oldest actually looks like she is getting frustrated because she cannot find a way to chew it up and eat it. Our dogs love chewing on them so much that they fight over them all the time and want to chew on both at the same time. It is definitely a great buy.

I am extemely pleased with the durability of these toys. I have a 4 year old Belgian Malinois that is 60 pounds, and I have a 3 year old German Shepherd that is 75 pounds. They tug and pull and twist toys and these really are tough enough for them. I was skeptical even after reading all of the good reviews I had seen, just because some dogs mentioned were smaller, or it was just one dog, so they hadn't been through the tough two-dog play/fight situation. However, my dogs really love the tux that I got them. I also got them the hurley, but they don't really mess with that one too much. You can't find too many toys around here that will last a while for the larger dogs, but these really are fantastic for larger dogs. I've had them now for just over a month, and they are in brand new condition (besides the doggy slobber and the dirt that collects when they take it outside ). Suggesting to my friends with dogs also, and it helps that our local Pet Supplies Plus sells them as well!! Thanks West Paw Design, you make an amazing product!!

After having spent way too much money on toys my black labs (especially our puppy)tear apart in minutes it's so great to finally have toys they can play with that don't tear apart, don't break in half, don't choke my dogs, etc... I will be a loyal customer for life! Thank you!

This dog toy is not very good. My dog (American pit bull mix) chewed this toy up within about 10 minutes. I had to take it away from her before she swallowed any of the pieces.

Our chocolate lab loves this bone and its one of the only tons he has not chewn and ruined.. it is very durable. excellent bone!

All I can say is WOW. My pup has teeth of steel and destroys all toys we give her... except the Hurley. She has had it about a month and chews on it constantly. She has not been able to tear it up. I am so glad to find a safe toy that won't leave pieces all over the house.

I bought two Hurley toys. I have a yellow lab and she is 3 years old. I also have a chocolate lab and he is 11 months old. I have been buying toys, about 4 a week, and they rip them up almost immediately . I proceed to the next rough and tough toy that I see in the store and it is shredded in a night or two. They have had their toys for 3 weeks now and no puncture wounds on the toys at all. I am very happy with these toys and so are my babies. I am definitely going to be buying these toys for my friends and family for Christmas. You will NOT be disappointed!!!

These toys are amazing! We have two pit bulls who can chew through absolutely every toy we've ever purchased, no matter how tough or indestructible the company claims they are. We tried the hurley bone and it quickly became our dogs' favorite. We then purchased a zisc and tux. These toys survive 2 fierce chewers and they have never destroyed them. We've had the hurley for almost 2 years and its still their favorite!

I have 6 dogs @ my house and we have the hurley toys. They love them & have not caused even a dent in over 2 weeks. This is with all the dogs playing & chewing them. AWESOME!

I was truly looking for an "indestructable toy" for my South African Boerboel puppy as that was my google search. Unfortunately, it only lasted two days of very intermitent chewing. He is a big boy, loves to chew and honestly, I wasn't suprised at his ability to destroy it so quickly. I think this would be a great item for a smaller dog.

We just adopted a new dog from NC RUFF. He is part lab and loves to carry and chew. Rated level 9 chew toughness from PetSMART lasted a couple of days. So we sprung for the West Paw Hurley. Fantastic! About two weeks have passed and they remain good as new. Score for West Paw! We'll definitely buy more of their tough chew toys.

We have a two year old yellow lab that I would call a power chewer. If she finds a toy she loves, she will chew it to smithereens. Bought this toy, in the greenish color almost two months ago and it is going strong! She hasn't been able to tear it apart and this makes me happy! Its a great toy for fetching and tugging too. Awesome!
