My 15 month old Golden Retriever has eaten completely through her large dog crate (tough durable hard plastic Pet Porter crate)as well as a Kong toy, my solid oak end tables, wall trim, blankets and actually ripped out an electrical outlet and chewed it to shreds (thank God it wasn't a live connection at the time!). She is a severe chewer and no amount of play time or walk time calms her down. I have even purchased more expensive toys made of several layers of ballistic nylon that were shredded in a matter of hours. I took one look at this toy and thought I had wasted my money. But I gave it to her 2 days ago and she has been going at it non stop! I watch her with it when she is by herself and its as if she is on a personal mission to destroy it. HA HA I have FINALLY found a toy that she can not even leave a tooth print in! We play tug, we play toss and she carries it all over the house with her, almost as if a pacifier of some sort. She LOVES it and I love the fact that I don't have to continue fixing my house and replacing things that are not designed to chew on or that could present a potential life threatening situation for her. She is ignoring all her other "toys" and is totally focused on this one. I would highly recommend this toy for any dog that is highly destructive or aggravated. She has calmed herself down with the Bumi, something I never would have thought possible and it is holding its own against her attack..not even an indention! Thanks for providing such a wonderful toy and knowing that if she manages to destroy it we will get a replacement or a refund! You have saved me thousands of dollars in potential repairs as well as destroyed toys!
