Let me start by saying my dogs absolutely love the toy, playing with it often. It is absolutely great with tough chewers however there was one disappointment with it. I ordered 4 Twiz's, 2 for my dogs and 2 for a Christmas present. Two came in perfect shape, the other two arrived with cracks in both of the legs at the ends. I called the company and they suggested that I send them back and they would gladly replace them. Unfortunately, this means I had to once again pay for shipping them and delay giving them as gifts. A little disappointing considering how much my dog does love them and I like to support made in USA products. I only hope that when the replacements arrive, they have been inspected better prior to shipping and come without any cracks in the material.
