this bed is about 5 months old. The exterior has held up great. But the interior is very thin. We have an 80 pound lab that sleeps in it every night. I've tried washing it and drying it to fluff it back up-as instructed by customer service. It didn't do much. And the center of the bed has no padding in it at all as it's thin to begin with and has been pushed to the edges, etc. doesn't seem worth buying a new insert as the same thing will happen.
