Ordering & Payment
Payment Methods: We gladly accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please be aware that while we don't charge your card until the time of shipment, we do request authorization from the financial institution prior to preparing your order. This is known as an "authorization" or "transaction hold." This ensures your order will ship as quickly and effeciently as possible. The time required to remove an authorization is determined by the financial institution that issues the card and often ranges between 3 to 7 days.
How to Order: To purchase from a local retailer, please check our Dealer Locator to find a store near you. We suggest calling the store first to make sure they stock the particular item you are looking for.
You may also choose to place an order via the website, email your order to firstname.lastname@example.org or call our friendly Customer Service Team at 800-443-5567. We are available to take your call from 8:00 am through 4:30 pm Mountain Time.
Order Status/Confirmation: For information on a pending order please contact us either by phone or email, and we will be happy to assist you.
Canceling an Order: We ship most orders within 24 hours because we know our 4-legged customers are eager to receive their new toys and beds! Because of this, orders cannot be canceled on the website. Please contact customer service and we will do our best to change or cancel orders that have not already shipped.
You will be responsible for shipping charges on a canceled order once it has been shipped.
Sales Tax: We are located in Montana, and are happy to ship from a sales tax-free state, therefore no sales tax will be added to your order.
