We thoroughly enjoyed the article "Put it to Bed" in the Pet Business October Issue. The article was written by Dan Headrick, who owns Wag Pet Boutique with his wife, Pam Guthrie, in Raleigh, North Carolina. Dan explains that beds take up a lot of room in stores and are challenging to display, so they often get piled up in the back of stores. Trade shows are a lot of work - but we love them! As a manufacturer from Montana, the trade show is often the only opportunity we have to meet our wonderful dealers in person. It's fantastic being able to put faces with names and be able to chat about your business face to face. Since the trade shows are often the only time we get to do so - you bet there's a mad rush here in the office for volunteers! We typically only take 2 or 3 employees but here at West Paw, we are all about sharing! If you don't see one of us at one show...try another!
