It's always fun getting to be on TV! West Paw Design was grateful to be noticed by Land's End. Land's End awarded West Paw Design the winner of their 2012 Lighter Footprint award. Our local TV station (KBZK 7) heard about West Paw Design winning the award and stopped by with their cameras. It was fun getting to give the TV crew a tour of the building and show them just how green we are!

West Paw Design's Eco Drop Pet Bed has won the 2012 PET AGE Green Spirit Award! The first ever Green Spirit Awards recognizes "eco-friendly pet products that feature Earth-friendly materials and packaging, plus other unique product details."
"Good Morning America" contributor Tory Johnson selected our unstuffed dog toys for a recent segment about recommended products for pets. Tory and "Good Morning America" anchor George Stephanopoulos showcased thepolka dotted Floppy Bone dog toy on air. These non-toxic toys are designed for dogs that have a tendency to tear the stuffing out of traditional stuffed toys.

On the heels of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) 2011 meetings in Big Sky, Montana, U.S. Commerce Secretary Gary Locke and U.S. Sen. Max Baucus (D-MT) visited West Paw Design, a Montana-based manufacturer of eco-friendly pet toys, beds and apparels. Touring its sustainable manufacturing facilities, Locke praised West Paw for its green manufacturing methods and efforts to export its products to foreign markets. Promoting green growth among businesses of the Asia-Pacific region is one of the key goals of APEC 2011.
Founded by renowned dog behavior specialist Cesar Millan, Cesar's Way magazine recently highlighted our super soft Eco Bone dog toys in their "Tips and Whispers" product picks. Selected because they're made with 100% recycled fabric made from reclaimed plastic soda bottles -- the Eco Bones are as fun as they are eco-friendly.
The February issue of Martha Stewart Living highlighted our Tux dog treat toy as a great way to dispense treats. GoPetFriendly.com is all about helping people find pet-friendly accommodations, dining, recreation and more so that the whole family can enjoy travel together. The site's founders, Amy and Rod Burkert, hit the road this summer with dogs Buster and Ty and we were thrilled to give them a tour of our manufacturing facility when they came through Bozeman. New England Cable News' "The Secret Life of Animals" featured a segment on green products for dogs. Susan Czemmel of Woof and Whimsy -- a holistic pet center and boutique in Braintree, Mass. -- joined host Vicki Croke to talk about some of the best green pet products available to pet owners.
