Hurley is Henry's number one tough dog toy!

Posted June 22, 2006

"Henry, Judy's 2 year old Rescue Lab's, favorite toy is the Hurley. Before he was adopted, Henry's toy playing was limited due to a destructive chewing habit, now he can't get enough of the indestructible Hurley!

Henry was a rescue dog who had never played with toys when we adopted him (we actually threw a tennis ball at him once and it hit him in the head because he didn't know how to play!). Once we were able to convince him to play, he started destroying every toy we bought. So then we struggled with wanting to give him toys, but not wanting to waste our money when we knew he'd just destroy whatever we gave him.

We bought the Hurley in a moment of desperation because we were convinced nothing would survive Henry's attentions. Boy, were we thrilled when Henry took to the toy right away! He likes the shape of the toy because it's easy to catch in mid-air when thrown, which he's really good at doing! I like it because it bounces and has nice bright colors...also, since Henry's had the Hurley, he has yet to do more than make a few little tooth dents.

Since we introduced the Hurley to Henry, he won't even play with his other toys. We take him outside with the Frisbee he use to love, and he won't touch it now that he has his Hurley. He truly won't even put any other toy in his mouth if the Hurley is around. He's truly devoted to your product!"
