Zogoflex® Guarantee

Our Zogoflex Guarantee: We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with the durability of your Zogoflex product. If you feel your Zogoflex product wasn’t up to snuff, please send it back for a free one-time replacement or refund.

How does the Guarantee work? It is as simple as 1…2…3...

  1. Please print and complete the Zogoflex® return form
  2. Send the form and the destroyed toy back to us so we can recycle the material and get your replacement in the mail.
  3. Watch for your replacement or refund to arrive in the mail within 7-14 days.

Terms and Conditions for Zogoflex

  • West Paw Design reserves the right to issue a refund, replacement, or an alternative Zogoflex product based on each individual situation.
  • One-time replacement per Zogoflex shape only.
  • Valid receipt required for refunds.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Bedding Guarantee

Our Bedding Guarantee: We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your West Paw Design bedding. If you are unhappy with this product for any reason within one year of purchase, we promise to make it right.

How does the Bedding Guarantee work?

  1. Please give our friendly customer service folks a call at 1-800-443-5567 or email us at westpaw@westpawdesign.com and tell us about the issue with your bed or blanket.
  2. We will review your situation to determine the best resolution for you.
  3. No unauthorized returns will be accepted so please do not send bedding back without contacting West Paw Design.

 

How long should I expect the return process to take?

The exchange or refund process can take between 7-14 business days. If you need your bedding sooner, we are happy to process an order for you right away over the phone with a credit card and refund your card when your return arrives.

Terms and Conditions for Beds

  • The bedding guarantee applies to all West Paw Design beds, mats and blankets.
  • Guarantee applies to your original bedding only. We will not replace bedding that has previously been replaced.
  • Guarantee is effective for products purchased from 03/01/2014 or later.
  • West Paw Design reserves the right to replace components of bedding and not the whole bed depending on each individual situation.
  • All refunds require a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Guarantee applies only to US and Canadian territories.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
  • West Paw Design may require photos of damaged products in lieu of return shipping.
  • Any bedding purchased through an online seller must refer to that seller’s return policy.
  • Additional shipping rates apply to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.
  • If bedding is purchased at a retail location, please contact West Paw Design directly.
