Hurley Dog Bone
It’s a ball. It’s a stick. It’s a bone. And it’s a major bestseller. Dogs love it for gnawing and fetching (especially in water); owners like the easy dishwasher clean-up.
Like all of our Zogoflex® dog toys, Hurley® is recyclable and made in the U.S.A., Certified Safe and Guaranteed to Last.
Seeing is believing - these are tough dog toys!
When everyone claims to make ultra-tough dog toys, it is hard to know if a dog toy is really as tough as people advertise. Well, watch for yourself and see why doggie daycares choose to use Zogoflex dog toys in their play rooms.
Big to Mini - Sizes for all dogs
It's a big world out there, but small dogs are ready to explore it, armed with the mini-size version of the Zogoflex® Hurley.
We dare dogs to destroy Zogoflex. (And if they do, we replace it—free.)
Zogoflex® packs a long lifespan. If for any reason it doesn’t, we offer a free one-time replacement.
Chew OR Play - Buying the right dog toy
Yeah, all Zogoflex dog toys are guaranteed, but not all were designed to be chew toys. While some dogs love to chew, some love to chase - So, be sure to get the toy that bet fits your dog's style. Need help? You're in luck, we have a guide just for you!
Zogoflex floats—making a splash for water-happy hounds.
For dogs who love to swim (or just need a distraction in the bathtub), Zogoflex® stays afloat.
Safe and non-toxic, Zogoflex® means no worries.
Not only is our Zogoflex BPA-free, phthalate-free and non-toxic, it’s FDA compliant—important when toys come in such close contact with your pet.
Dog toys made from Zogoflex® material are the best of everything. Really! These toys are durable. They aren't rigid, so they are gentle on teeth. They float. They are eco-friendly. Most important, they are FUN!
Easy clean-up: Zogoflex goes right into the dishwasher.
It’s easy to sanitize Zogoflex® at home—just pop it on the top shelf of your dishwasher.

I purchased a hurley bone about six to eight months ago from a pet store in my area. It is the only bone my dog can not chew up. He's a 75 pound German Shephard/Doberman. In fear of losing the one bone I purchased I went to the store to purcahse another one, they no longer sold the hurley bones. When my daughter found your website I ordered three bones.

I have a 17 pound Boston Terrier & a 50 pound Staffordshire Bull Terrier. These toys work perfectly for both! My staffy is the queen of chewing through any toy but she has yet to find a way to destruct these:) I love the colors that make them easy to find, that they're dishwasher safe & come in different sizes. I volunteer with a local rescue group & have started recommended these to the other dog lovers. Best of all, they're made in the USA!
Thank you West Paw Design,

My dogs are really tuff on toys. The Hurley and Jive Ball are about the one thing they haven't chewed off a piece. I am in the process of mailing back the small Bumi and replacing it with the Jive. I did get a large Bumi and so far it is OK.
I do like your product and I can't have anything with an opening like the treat ball or anything hanging like the Bumi. Maybe because they are puppies (will turn a year in 2 weeks). Sent some to a friend who has 4 month old puppies and she said they love the hurley.
So overall I really do like your product...

The Hurley is great. My dog still hasn't destroyed it and he destroys everything...
Good chew toy for large breed dogs that love to chew.

I have two large dogs who love to chew on the expensive toys I buy for them. The Hurley is the fist toy that has lasted over two months and is still in one piece. Also my dogs play keep away and tug with this toy all the time.

I bought the large hurley for my dalmatian when she was about 6 months old and she has been making quite the dent in it with her constant gnawing ever since. Today just a few days after turning 10 months old i finally took it away as she got the first chunk of it loose. It was a pretty decent run for a toy and she really likes it so may look into getting another.
hurley and tux

These are two toys that both of my dogs love. I have two dogs; that is, an 82 pound pit/ lab mix and an 118 pound American bulldog. These toys have proven indestructible.
Excellent quality and design

Our 11 month rescue German Shepherd was getting into everything! I would go out every week and purchase toys for her, spending hundreds of dollars, and she would have them demolished in no time. Finally, I went on a search for indestructible or near-indestructible toys for her. West Paw was one of the companies I found and after reading the reviews settled on them. The toys I bought for her included: Jive Ball, Treat Dispenser and Bone. She loves all three, but likes the bouncing and well-designer Treat Dispenser the best! She plays with her new toys everyday and hasn't managed to destroyed anything. I am so glad that I found West Paw. West Paw products saved me time, money and my sanity. I would strongly recommend these products for aggressive chewers. And the shipping was also great. Live in eastern Canada and received the products within a week. Bravo!
Good toy, not as strong as expected
July 13, 2013
First let me say that this is a nice dog toy. Flexible but strong, a good shape for chewing, and we always love something with a bit of bounce to it.
That said when I purchased it I expected something on par with the Kong toys for durability which isn't what I got. My two year old 50 pound American Pit Bull Terrier has had the same black kong for a year, takes at least two months to chew up a red one, and this poor toy lasted less than a day.
On the bright side if you're unsure if this toy will hold up or not it is guaranteed. We'll be returning ours this week for a refund but I'm not at all put off on trying something else from West Paw Designs.
Hurley tough but not a favorite
May 27, 2013
I love the look and colors and especially the durability of the Hurleys. But none of our 13 dogs think they are interesting, even when we try to initiate games with them using the Hurleys. I've never seen one of the dogs interacting with a Hurley. This in spite of the fact that these dogs really are toy crazy. (Unfortunately they sometimes MAKE toys out of objects that should NOT be.)
I tossed 3 new Hurleys on the porch when received last week. 2 are still where they fell. :(
For design, made in USA, durability, colors (that are easy to spot wherever they are) - I give the Hurley a solid 5 stars. For attractiveness to dogs (I have Aussies, Australian Cattle Dogs, a Rottweiler and one small dog) I have to give it no stars here. So my compromise vote is 3 stars.
