Tux Treat Toy
To dogs, Tux® is the magic oracle of treats. Peanut butter, biscuits, and meaty bits mysteriously appear within it, begging to be gnawed free. But even emptied, the fun isn’t over—Tux® floats, flings, bounces, goes in the dishwasher and survives serious chew sessions. We consider it our toughest dog toy.
Like all of our Zogoflex® dog toys, Tux is recyclable, Made in the USA, Certified Safe and Guaranteed to Last.
U.S. Patent No. D858,162.
Seeing is believing - these are tough dog toys!
When everyone claims to make ultra-tough dog toys, it is hard to know if a dog toy is really as tough as people advertise. Well, watch for yourself and see why doggie daycares choose to use Zogoflex dog toys in their play rooms.
Easy clean-up: Zogoflex goes right into the dishwasher.
It’s easy to sanitize Zogoflex® at home—just pop it on the top shelf of your dishwasher.
We dare dogs to destroy Zogoflex. (And if they do, we replace it—free.)
Zogoflex® packs a long lifespan. If for any reason it doesn’t, we offer a free one-time replacement.
Chew OR Play - Buying the right dog toy
Yeah, all Zogoflex dog toys are guaranteed, but not all were designed to be chew toys. While some dogs love to chew, some love to chase - So, be sure to get the toy that bet fits your dog's style. Need help? You're in luck, we have a guide just for you!
Zogoflex floats—making a splash for water-happy hounds.
For dogs who love to swim (or just need a distraction in the bathtub), Zogoflex® stays afloat.
Dog toys made from Zogoflex® material are the best of everything. Really! These toys are durable. They aren't rigid, so they are gentle on teeth. They float. They are eco-friendly. Most important, they are FUN!

Love the Tux! I stuff them
October 01, 2013
Love the Tux! I stuff them with whatever - treats, kibble, yogurt, peanut butter, ground raw food, mashed fruit, various concoctions of the former - and freeze them. My two Huskies get a solid half hour chewing time out of this. More if I put something sticky like PB in the bottom, and the really great part is that I don't end up with a wad of soggy, unreachable food in the bottom like we do with a Kong.
Please please PLEASE make a smaller size! I know so many small dogs who would LOVE a Tux, but it's just too big.

I recommend this product for anyone with aggressive chewers!! Lola my American Bulldog/Irish Wolfhound puppy has never had a toy last this long! We are going on about 3 weeks with our Tux and it has not a single bite mark so far!! Best 25 dollars I have ever spent!!!

Love the new Tux toys I got for my two German Shepards! Me and my wife found west paw design toys while vacationing in Telluride Colorado and have loved them ever since. Kong toys cant even compete with you guys. Need to supply more pet stores here in Sacramento CA!
Tux - too big for my Bichon

Seems like a great product for a large dog. Unfortunately I have a Bichon and must have misread the description of the size of the product. I have a friend with a large Shepherd and the tux will find a good home with her.
This puppy can't get enough

We have a new Siberian Husky puppy (8 weeks old) and he absolutely loves this toy. We put a treat in the middle and let him at it. It does take him a while to get it out, but that keeps him busy and out of his normal 'puppy' mode. He's teething, so the durability of this item is really appreciated. He chews on this toy constantly, even without hiding a treat inside. Very good buy for this puppy
My dogs love this!

My strong chewing, 110 pound Weimaraner, and my ridiculously aggressive chewing Golden Retriever both LOVE the Tux! Ollie, the Golden, loves to chase it as it bounces crazily around, then carry it around in his mouth for hours, stopping occasionally to gnaw on it. Zeke, out Weimaraner, loves to just hold it in his paws and chew away on it. Both dogs usually destroy their toys in a matter of days, (Ollie in a matter of minutes, sometimes), but all 3 of the products that we have bought from West Paws Designs have held up perfectly; it's been 3 months so far, and there is barely a tooth mark on any of them. We have the large Jive ball, the large Hurley bone, and the Tux, which we use as a training tool for Ollie, stuffing it with peanut butter when we leave the house. He loves it! It helps distract him from destructive chewing on other things in the house, like furniture, shoes, drywall, toilet paper....well, you get the picture!
I only wish I could purchase the products locally. I have asked out local pet supply store to look into carrying your products, and hope they are able to soon!

The one bigger size is a bit big for my smaller size dog. He likes to eat out of it and can chew on the inner "bowl" that holds the food. He doesn't use it much for an actual chew toy. He is not an aggressive tear up my toy kinda dog, but he was able to chew a chunk out of the knobs that have the indentations for grip. He has other West Paw toys he likes better, especially his free plush squeky dog bone and bed mat.

A friend of ours told us about the product and we purchased one for our Lab named Blue. Blue has managed to distroy almost all of the toys that we have bought him. So far he has not distroyed the Tux and seems to enjoy it.
Better than other toys...but not indestructible

I purchased the Tux from a local, privately owned pet store that specializes in high quality products. My dog was able to chew right through a Planet Dog Orbee ball within 2 hours. After returning the first, the store owner directed me towards purchasing the Tux. She stated that it is one of the strongest they carry. I had already done some research and found that the Tux is considered West Paw Designs most durable product. Unfortunately, it was still no match for my 8 month old Pit Bull. He is a power chewer and really works toys to his molars and goes to town. While I was QUITE impressed with how long it took him to put the first marks on it (about an hour) I was disappointed that after only 2 days of chewing he was able to pop the first knob off of it. I'll send it back and give the replacement toy to one of my other, less destructive chewing dogs. :-) Wished it had held up!

I bought a large Tux a few weeks ago for my year old Cane Corso Mastiff who has destroyed every toy I've already purchased for him....even ones that say that they are indestructible. The Tux has so far lived up to it's billing as a great chew toy. My dog has been going at it since it arrived and has yet to even put teeth marks in it. The design and material allow me to play a fun game of fetch with him with him not knowing which direction it's going to bounce. The compartment for treats helps keep him interested in playing with it on his own as well. Definitely a great purchase!
