This is my shepherd mixes' favorite frisbee. She has several different types of discs, but this is by far her favorite. She has had it for two years and if it had not been buried under snow, she would still have it. She catches it with ease, and she loves sailing through the air to catch it in mid flight. No problem with it flying- it easily sails the 75 feet or so from one end of the yard to the other. Great product!

Zisc Flying Disk - Worth the Investment

Ok, so I read the two negative reviews for this product and just don't get them. I bought one of these discs initially, thinking that my boxer puppy would demolish it like the four Wham-O Frisbees she'd already chewed to smithereens. Not only did it last, I bought two additional Ziscs to make certain we were never in a place without one! All 3 discs are still intact 1 yr later, despite the destructive attempts by my puppy. They are heavier than traditional plastic discs but you adjust your throw accordingly and they sail just fine (about 70% of what a Frisbee will do). WORTH THE INVESTMENT!

We have two heeler dogs that are very high energy and in need of a job. Normally I use pink racquetballs to work the dogs but in winter we quickly lose the balls.
These discs are a huge hit with the dogs, favorite toy to date. The discs do get slimy with slobber and they are heavy. Think flying chew toy and not frisbee disc.
That being said, after getting use to throwing these discs they are flying far and are showing great durability.

Purchased the small one for our 1 year old Golden so she can learn to catch it. She no longer wants to play fetch w/ the ball b/c of the frisbee :o) Thank you for making such wonderful products!

The zisc is the only frisbee my dog will chase. She likes the fact that it bends bc she buries it in the leaves and flips it in the air. The smaller ones are better in the water bc of weight the big one floats under the surface of the water and it is hard for my lab to see it. I miss the pink zisc though, I have a girl lab and everyone thinks she is a boy with the orange, green, and blue. Please bring back at least 1 girly color! But we truly love them. Love that they are made in the US, love that they are non-toxic also bc my lab has it in her mouth 24/7 and she even sleeps with it.

My dog loves her new Zisc. Every time she sees it she runs for the door and does circles. Easily her favorite toy. It flies fine if you know how to throw a disc and IT IS NOT A CHEW TOY so of course it will last if you use it right.

We purchased this disc because it is made in the USA, it would be easy on the teeth and it would fly like a Frisbee. All of the above except it wobbles when thrown. Not worth the money. If we wanted a chew toy we could have purchased something else.

Cisco Kid (male boxer) LOVES his West Paw Design Zisc! In fact, it is the ONLY toy he will play with! He has owned about 10 of them including the red, pink and glow in the dark designed Ziscs. Definitely what Santa's Helper (me :) shopped for this and every year.

My 2 year old black lab loves his glow in the dark frisbee , it quickly became his favorite toy, withstood the test of time and outlasted all other brands including Kong and Chuckit. He recently got a few holes in it and I dont have the reciept but I will be purchasing a new one for him.

We have one of these flying discs. Our two dogs, a german short hair pointer and an australian cattle dog, are extremely rough on this, playing tug with it. After a year of use, the center finally tore. They pulled it apart that day, leaving only the outer ring. It is still going strong a year later, in fact, I think they have even more fun with it! Love it and am purchasing another since we lose them in the yard and can't find it quickly enough sometimes!
